The satisfaction of our customers is extremely important! If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help!
If an item doesn't fit, can I exchange it for another size?
Because we produce all clothing in limited quantities, we may be unable to exchange the item for another size. If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at the following address: contact@seveco.ca and we will find a solution to ensure your satisfaction.
I want to return an item and get a refund. What is the process?
To proceed with a refund, you must email contact@seveco.ca with the following pieces of information:
* Your first name.
* Last name.
* The item you wish to return.
* The reason for the return as well as your order number (which you can find in your confirmation email at the time of purchase).
A member of our team will send you a return label. Please allow 24 hours for a response to your email.
What are the criteria for refunding an item?
The item you wish to return must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must not have been worn, washed or altered. The tag should not have been removed.
What is the deadline for exchanging or returning an item?
You have 30 days after receiving your order to return it. Please write an email to contact@seveco.ca to inform us of the situation BEFORE returning your item to our head office.
Do I have to pay shipping costs to return an item?
In the case of a refund, shipping costs are not covered by SĒVE&CO. We will send you a return label by email, and $10.99 (plus taxes) will be DEDUCTED from the refund for your item. We do not cover the cost of return shipping and original shipping.
Please note that when we email you the return label, you automatically agree to pay the shipping costs of $10.99 plus taxes.
In the case of an exchange, the shipping cost to return the items is covered by the customer. However , we will pay the shipping costs to send you the new item.
When I return an item, when will the refund be issued?
The refund will be made to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your refund (times may vary depending on your financial institution).Note that the refund will be made to the original payment method of your order.
I placed an order and received the wrong item/size. What do I do?
If our team has unfortunately made a mistake in your order, we will be happy to correct the problem. Please write an email to contact@seveco.ca explaining the situation.
When it is our error, we assume all shipping costs. If the exchange is not possible due to our inventory, we will refund the item or find a solution at your convenience.
Can I get a refund for an item bought on sale?
All items purchased at a discount of 15% or more are final sales.
For hygienic reasons, accessories, jewelry and candles are not eligible for returns.
Important:
SĒVE&CO assumes no responsibility during the transit of your returned item to our head office. We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. We will not issue refunds if we do not receive the item or if it is damaged.
We will only refund an item returned to head office if we have received a refund request by email first.
