How to choose the right clothing size?
To choose the right size for an item, please refer to our size guide on each product's page.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
For now, we only offer shipping in Canada.
How can I make sure I placed my order correctly?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating your order number.
How is my item shipped to me?
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your delivery confirmation, including a Purolator reference number so you can track your order. Finally, you will receive a final email when your order has been delivered.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, it is impossible to guarantee the cancellation of an order if it is already in the shipping process. Since we work hard to provide the best possible service, orders are quickly shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please write an email within one hour of your purchase to email@example.com
What are your return and exchange policies?
For any refund or exchange request, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org. The deadline for returning a product is 30 days from the date of shipment.

I never received my order. What do I do?
If your tracking number tells you you've received your order, but you haven't, please get in touch with your local post office to find out if your package is being held at their office. By allowing one business day for your package to be marked as "delivered," you can contact the shipping company handling your package so they can help you locate it. You can also write to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our best to help you.

Unfortunately no. A discount or promotion cannot be applied to previous purchases.
Are your clothes made ethically?
You can be assured that our clothes are ethically made. All our items are made in Canada, from the design to the production of each product. You can find more information on this subject under the "About us" page.
